Exhibit Downtown is a new luxury rental residence in Manhattan’s Financial District. The building features 120 units, each with high-end interiors designed by Andres Escobar. The layouts are flexible and many of the residences have private outdoor spaces and floor-to-ceiling windows with views of the Harbor and Brooklyn/Manhattan skylines.
